Cusorcart Store App
Cusorcart's customer shopping app for iOS and Android, built in React Native with Redux and Redux Saga on a Laravel and MySQL API.
As a React Native developer, I had the opportunity to work on "Cusorcart," a shopping app with multiple categories. Leveraging the power of React Native, Redux, Redux Saga, and connecting to a MySQL database in Laravel, this project has been an exciting and fulfilling experience.
With React Native as the foundation, I could develop a single codebase that seamlessly ran on both iOS and Android platforms. This allowed me to save valuable time and effort while ensuring a consistent and smooth user experience across different devices.
Integrating Redux into "Cusorcart" played a crucial role in managing the app's state and data flow. By centralizing the application's state using Redux, I achieved a clear and scalable architecture. This made it easier to manage and update data across various components while maintaining predictability and code maintainability.
To handle complex asynchronous operations, such as API requests and database interactions, I employed Redux Saga. This middleware proved to be invaluable, especially when connecting to the MySQL database in Laravel. With Redux Saga, I could effectively manage side effects, ensuring non-blocking tasks and a responsive user interface.
Connecting "Cusorcart" to the MySQL database in Laravel required the setup of a robust backend API. Laravel's powerful RESTful routing capabilities facilitated the creation of endpoints for data retrieval and updates. By implementing robust authentication and authorization mechanisms, I prioritized data security and enhanced the reliability of the app's communication with the server.
Throughout the development process, I focused on delivering a seamless user experience. By utilizing the vast ecosystem of React Native community libraries and components, I incorporated intuitive navigation, visually appealing UI elements, and interactive features. These included functionalities like search, filtering options, and smooth animations, all of which elevated the usability and aesthetics of "Cusorcart".
